## Part 4: Other Stuff
### Installing Graphics Card (For running capGPT and stuff)
Part 1: Install Nvidia Drivers
Followed https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-installation-guide-linux/index.html#ubuntu
Resolved issue with old key by following method 2 in this issue: https://github.com/NVIDIA/cuda-repo-management/issues/4
Part 2: Install nvidia-docker
Followed: https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/container-toolkit/install-guide.html#docker

### Video-Remove-Silence
I am using this github repo to remove dead space from videos.
Repo: https://github.com/excitoon/video-remove-silence
Requirements:
- python 3.5
- ffmpeg (apt-get install ffmpeg)
Running project:
- Place item(s) to process in an input directory. I have input/ at the same level as the folder containing the repo.
- cd into the repo.
- `python3 video-remove-silence --threshold-duration=1.1 ../input/video1.mov && python3 video-remove-silence --threshold-duration=1.1 ../input/video1.mov && ...`
I noticed that increasing the threshold was necessary because the default values produced a video that was slightly choppy. Threshold=1.1 seemed to improve the flow of the video a lot with only minimal video length increase.

### GPT4All
Repo: https://github.com/nomic-ai/gpt4all
Run by moving into the ./chat directory and running the linux executable.
### Stable Diffusion
#### Graphics Card Setup
It was hard to get drivers setup initially due to side effects of trying to do so a few different ways. I redeployed Olomana and driver setup was straightforward the second time.
I got some help but mainly followed Nvidia documentation for installing the latest drivers for my card, `nvidia-smi` and `nvidia-docker`.

#### Running Models
Running https://github.com/Stability-AI/StableDiffusion, follow instructions there and at the preceding project at https://github.com/CompVis/latent-diffusion, where you actually create the conda env.
I am running the v2.1_768-nonema-pruned.skpt from https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-1/tree/main. But downloaded both as recommended in the README.
-----------
I am running https://github.com/CompVis/stable-diffusion. This repo had some files that weren't found in the others for some reason. Using this one in particular because it's packaged well.
Used these weights: https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original
